Your roleAt the heart of our Masters in Fasteners transformation, we have an exciting and versatile new opportunity within the Product Management & Pricing team.In this role, you will manage all product categories, with main focus on our core fasteners category, in order to meet the different needs of our customers (OEM/MRO). You will lead by example, coaching and developing the Product Management (PM) and Pricing team, while adding your expertise in the mix.At Fabory we have a strong legacy in the fastening field. We rely on you to refocus our product range with a clear focus on our fastener core, to rationalize our portfolio of brands whilst welcoming you to incorporate your vision into this transformation process.The bar is set high and we are totally up for the challenge, are you?Your role:Design and lead the implementation of the Product Management strategic plan aligned to our Master in Fasteners program.Take a specialist lens and lead the ‘Think & Act as a Manufacturer’ journey.Monitor relevant key trends, market analytics and key performance indicators to understand customer needs and assess the Fabory competitive position and incorporate these to further develop our journey.Lead, coach and develop a high performing PM & Pricing team.Supporting key working partners with the Make or By decision in the fastener space and the execution of the customer specific Make process.Develop, lead and execute PMC’s related to category plans, strategies and frameworks, including market approach, supplier strategies and performance monitoring.Effectively merchandise the assortment in an omni-channel environment.Provide leadership and direction to ensure effective collaboration between PM, Quality & Technology, Pricing, Procurement (Sourcing & Buying), Sales and digital channels in order to execute plans.Establish and maintain value based strategic supplier relationships to support the Fabory ambitions in customer satisfaction and market share.Design and implement life cycle management.Comply with regulatory issues impacting company regulations.Be an important connection to all our stakeholders and partners such as customer & partner associations, suppliers, universities etc.As senior leader, you are part of the Operations leadership team and will report into the Chief Operating Officer of the group.As a successful Manager Product Manager & Pricing, you should have:Relevant education (Bachelor or Master’s degree)5+ years of experience in Product- or Sourcing Management, Supplier Management and/or Marketing/Sales, preferably in the fasteners space.5+ years of experience in the fastener business or an engineering background.Minimum of 5 years leadership experience, leading team of professionals.Commercial and negotiating experience in the domain of major global suppliers.Solid understanding of Digital & Data.Strong communication skills and be pro-active and result driven with strong business acumen.Strong leadership, collaborative and analytical skills.Ability to effectively lead and manage change.Proven ability to develop and execute strategies.Ability to toggle between strategic and hands-on mindset.Fluent English and Dutch language skills.What we offerWe would love to help you become your best self by focusing firmly on your growth, development, and investing in an environment where you keep on learning every day. An annual salary – based on your experiences and background – within the range of € 84.000 – € 97.000 (including holiday allowance);28 holiday days;a bonus scheme;flexible working times and location-independent working;a company car;a pension scheme.The teamYou will be part of the Product Management and Pricing team, consisting of 17 team members.
