Your work directly transforms industrial data into life-saving decisions and accelerates digital transformation in high-hazard environments.What You’ll AchieveOwn and drive complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles from prospecting through close, typically within 2–12 months.Build strategic relationships with senior industry leaders, becoming a trusted partner in their safety and efficiency goals.Present consultative solutions tailored to client challenges, directly impacting safety standards worldwide.Enhance Helin’s market presence by representing us at global industry conferences and events.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.Provide crucial customer insights influencing product innovation and company growth strategies.What You BringProven track record in enterprise B2B sales, successfully closing complex deals.Exceptional skill managing multi-stakeholder relationships and navigating long sales cycles.Strong communication and negotiation abilities that build lasting partnerships.Adaptability and ownership mindset to excel in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.Nice to HaveExperience or strong interest in Oil & Gas, industrial safety, offshore, maritime, or energy sectors.Prior success in scaling technology environments or high-growth SaaS companies.Familiarity with edge computing, video analytics, or proven SaaS sales methodologies (e.G., MEDDPICC).Nice to have means not required—please apply even if you don’t meet all items.Additional InformationApplication process: Intro call Hiring Manager interview Case/Assessment Team interviewOffer.We respond within 3 business days after each step.Location: Hybrid, 3 days/week in Rijswijk.Please note: This role is open to candidates currently living in the Netherlands.
