AI Readiness Specialist / The Randstad
I’m partnered with a well-connected organisation in the Netherlands hiring for a AI Readiness Specialist. You will play a key role in preparing clients to successfully adopt and integrate AI technologies. You will assess digital maturity, develop AI readiness frameworks, align stakeholders, and ensure ethical and strategic deployment of AI solutions.
Your profile:
- You are a pragmatic innovator who simplifies complex processes.
- You have a natural talent for spotting inefficiencies and turning challenges into workable (digital) solutions.
- You are able to structure and document business dynamics at a detailed level, and see digitization and AI as powerful tools to improve them.
- You possess consultative skills and know how to engage colleagues in changes in an enthusiastic way, translating technical possibilities into practical applications.
- You are curious about new technologies and get energy from implementing concrete improvements that make a daily impact on colleagues and customers.
Your experience:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree level of thinking
- 4-7 years of relevant working experience, for example in a digitization or process/business optimization role (but other backgrounds are also possible)
- A learning mindset and strong interest towards (generative) AI; prior AI-related experience is a plus but not required
- A hands-on mentality: not just a strategic thinker but also a practical doer.
- The ability to quickly understand different (IT) systems and optimize their use within business processes
- Excellent communication skills to translate processes, engage colleagues, and accelerate digital adoption
- A proactive attitude and perseverance to turn improvements into reality
