Senior Fullstack Java Engineer – Java / Typescript / React – Hybrid
We’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join a cross-functional product team working on a mobile application used across warehouses and globally locations worldwide. The platform supports 170,000+ co-workers and handles millions of customer returns annually this is large-scale, meaningful work.
You’ll join a forward-thinking team in Randstad (hybrid setup), helping to build new features, integrate smart solutions, and ultimately improve the everyday experience of global users.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and building new features and integrations for a mobile-first product
- Improving the overall user experience to ensure it’s fast, scalable, and reliable
- Owning your code from design to deployment in a DevOps environment
- Collaborating across product teams to set shared engineering standards
- Measuring the impact of changes and continuously improving performance
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Typescript & React.
- Solid understanding of clean code principles like SOLID and DRY
- Comfort working in microservices and event-driven architectures
- A DevOps mindset: building pipelines, improving monitoring, and scaling efficiently (Kubernetes and Terraform experience is a big plus)
- Experience working in Agile teams with CI/CD workflows
- Cloud knowledge (ideally GCP or AWS if not)
- A product-focused attitude: you care about user experience, not just code
- A naturally curious approach – you seek out knowledge and love sharing ideas
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working on large-scale retail, Ecommerce or logistics platforms

Details:
- 6-month contract (Likely extend)
- Hybrid Randstad x1 a week
- Rate: €80-85 per hour or €5500 net monthly
- This is an interim payroll assignment (no ZZP unfortunately)
