The Role

- Build the backbone: Design and refine high-performance systems that handle enormous throughput and strict latency and availability demands.
- Empower teams: Collaborate closely with engineers across the company to understand real-world challenges and craft elegant, sustainable solutions.
- Automate everything: Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform is a favorite here) to ensure consistency, reproducibility, and transparency across environments.
- Own it, together: Enable teams to deploy and observe their services confidently, with full end-to-end ownership.
- Grow and uplift others: Share knowledge freely, provide constructive feedback, and help teammates grow every day.
