️ Principal Architect – Randstad – €7,100 to €8,100 per month
I’m working with a leading software development company that builds mission-critical, secure, and scalable solutions across the Netherlands, Germany, and the Nordics. They’re now looking for a Principal Architect based in the Randstad to help shape the technical direction of complex, high-impact projects.

The Role
As a Principal Architect, you’ll define and guide the architecture for challenging software projects, working closely with engineers, business analysts, and testers. You’ll have the autonomy to make key technical decisions while mentoring others and driving innovation across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and lead the technical direction of large-scale software solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers and influence architectural best practices across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong background in software architecture and engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Kotlin, AWS, and JavaScript technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch or German is a plus).
- Proven experience leading teams or projects in a technical capacity.
- A passion for solving complex problems and delivering real-world impact.
